You guys would be better off if you just recognized how bad Trump really is and got folks prepared to “play chess” with a more reasonable Republican candidate in the next cycle. Playing chess also requires you to recognize when your initial strategy isn’t working and you have to change your approach. I’ve voted republican before (in local elections) but I would never vote for Trump. But, if there wasn’t a lunatic as the leading Republican candidate I’d actually consider voting republican over Biden. But, that’s not where we are today.

The Republican party has been so fractured under Trump’s reign that they can’t even take advantage of less than enthusiastic Democrat voters.
