One thing I’m seeing that makes ZERO sense is Philly trading harden to other contenders (Phoenix).

Philly would be better off letting him go to Houston and losing him for nothing, rather than help creating a juggernaut

The bulls have Portland by the balls, they can’t trade any future picks until 2029 cuz of the pick they owe the bulls

If these clowns really gonna trade lavine then lavine for #3 ,Simons ,salary filler & giving Portland their pick back makes sense. Then the bulls can draft scoot

My Pops Forever RIP
I'd rather have that problem than be stuck with a 37-44 win roster the next few years with limited ability to upgrade
They'd have that problem regardless.

Besides, bottoming out, there's no real prize in the end for 2024, so you'd be using that pick hoping to get a veteran that'll only bring you back to where you are now.

Life is cruel, but @mastermind has Capitals and Nats title DVD's he can watch. No sympy.

Herro's contract is waaaay more malleable. Even if you don't get any premium picks or blue chip talent, I'd rather be in that situation where in a couple years there's a light at the end of the tunnel rather than being stuck paying A+ money for B- talent until damn near the rest of the decade.

People keep saying D Lo in the S&T. Nah. His value has tanked while RUI now has the value. That’s who LA will need to give up.

And then D Lo is probably in line to re-sign on a prove or deal

Rui and #17 is a solid return for a team who’s headed out anyway.

What do you think Rui and the 17th could get?
