Man, one loss to a Seahawks team that put up anemic numbers at home, and you all start acting shook.
No faith in the coaching staff.
No faith in our team
No faith that they'll bounce back.

I hope none of you go to any games at the Stick with that defeatist attitude....

We have 3 major issues moving forward.

O-Line play
Running Game
Lack of weapons in the passing game.

One stat we have going for us is that we never lost back to back, but its clear teams have keyed in on our weaknesses and we are going to have to grind it out more than usual.

we have some issues, but even I cannot really be that negative. we still have a great team. I really dont see us losing to many teams. seattle is just very good, and amazing in seattle. not to mention they have the best D in the league by far and one of the best run games

Someone made a point the other day that mirrors the Niners and Seattle rivalry.
The Niners used to give the Cardinal fits back in the day, despite them being one of the worst teams in the league while AZ was contenting for the SB.

There are always going to be teams that will give even the best squads a run for their money, regardless of their respective records.
Tell you what, though, if Seattle was on the losing on of the turnover stats at Candlestick, you can be sure that the Niners win that game.

Shoulda/woulda/coulda, but they didn't help their defense, who played a helluva game the first half at all with those turnovers.

Aldon Smith arrested for suspicion of DUI

One of the most talented pass-rushers in the NFL continues to have problems with all the stuff that isn’t football.

According to Matt Maiocco of CSNBayArea.com, 49ers outside linebacker Aldon Smith wasarrested at 7 a.m. this morning on suspicion of DUI, according to the San Jose Police.

Smith was reportedly identified as the driver in a single-car wreck, though no one was injured.

That’s the good news. The bad news is Smith adds to a long list of off-field issues, which include being sued for an incident at his home that led to a shooting, as well as a previous DUI arrest in Miami Beach (the charges were reduced), being stabbedand being the passenger in a car which flipped trying to avoid a deer.

There’s been no word from the 49ers at this point as to whether he’ll play this week against the Colts, though that seems far down the list of priorities.
