I think Dallas, Atlanta and DMV suburbs(PGC) are a great place for Black people esp. with families.

Atlanta for families?? Man I can't handle ATL. I know myself and I would get in so much trouble. Id have to move down there a single man.

All of this is super silly. Conventional wisdom would tell you if whites are coming back to the city in droves then there is a reason why the property is coveted. So all the black people in America should be located in the south? There is no utopia. There are pros and cons to everywhere. If black people were more in sync in terms of family structure and knowledge of self they would be able to eat anywhere. Go where your happiness lies but I don't subscribe to the notion that everybody black should be one particular place for the sake of a couple of industries. Go out there and buy a house but how is that fixing the black plight in the long run? Last time I checked there was a lot of red on that election map on that side of the country
