apparebtly in anthropology(especially in america) dark skin doesnt equate to race...
In America...if you aren't white or white looking....you are black or close to it.
I went to UAE for a few months.... saw some black people . idk if they were immigrants or not.
They are probably just mixed.... I don't automatically think CAC when i see them... but even the ones that were dark, weren't 'black' to me.
