Fact is there ain't no beef between Blacks and Puerto Rican like there is between Blacks and Mexicans on the west coast. The relationship between Blacks and Puerto Ricans is like that of Russia and China, some fighting and some friendship but mostly neutral.

That is a dope analogy comparing blacks and Ricans to China and Russia. Russia and China have cultural differences but they are respect each other but see America is the enemy. Ricans and blacks here in the northeast dont fukk with those crazy cacs.

La Raza isn't even a Puerto Rican term. They aren't on that taking over America nonsense. Puerto Ricans especially NuyoRicans are possibly the most Americanized Hispanic group. They aren't "naive" to racism due to living in the America for such a long time.

Where did this notion of black and Puerto Rican Brotherhood come from? -Lived in Philly for years and Puerto Ricans and didn't get along in north Philly.

-When I lived in NY we got along slightly better but didnt move in the same circles or anything. I know one broad that dated some Rican and his refused to feed ta a family get together.

Blacks and Italians always been cool in Philly going back to organized crime in the city back in the 30s to the 90s. The coolest white people were Italians.
