"The whole look of it has a very dark, autumny feel to it all"
he also did that to the terminator salvation script
"We flashback to Clark's youth. He's on a bus that goes over a bridge, but the bus is miraculously saved. "My son was in the bus. He saw what Clark did." says an of-screen voice. Young Clark looks shocked when he saves the children on the school bus.
The trailer cuts to young Clark discovering a spaceship in a barn (if Man of Steel sticks to mythology, baby Clark crashed landed on Earth in this thing).
"It's not from this world, Clark," says Pa Kent. We see Clark holding a Superman "S" ring. "Either or are you."
Russell Crowe pops up as Kal-El, Superman's father, during our first look at the Fortress of Solitude. "What kind of man do you want to be?" he asks. This isn't a face in a crystal. Kal-El is standing right in front of him. A spiffy hologram? Either way, he's there showing his son the "S" emblem. From there, Clark walks out of Fortress of Solitude in full super costume. He breathes deeply, places his fists on to the ground, and takes off. Sonic boom! Superman is back.
The rest of the trailer is quick shot imagery accompanied by Nolan's signature trumpet fanfare. Amy Adams runs out as Lois Lane. Supermann emerges from a building completely covered in flames. Michael Shannon appears as Zod, with a menacing...gottee. Lots of explosions as a laser blasts down from the skies into the Earth (think Star Trek's Vulcan drill scene). A scene of Clark clutching a child with a storm behind him, evoking last year's Take Shelter. Superman and Zod clash in the sky, before Supes is thrown into a bank safe. Army soldiers point guns at Superman. Finally, we see Clark Kent stroll into the Daily Plant. He enters the elevator and places on the signature glasses.
Superman Begins? Basically, and that's not a bad thing."

Sorry if re-post
Yes I am.... i got my account back
MAN OF STEEL footage has a very BATMAN BEGINS feel to it, but with much bigger action. Doesn't really feel like a Zack Snyder movie at all. MAN OF STEEL footage was more subtle than anything Zack Snyder has ever brought to Comic-Con. Epic, powerful and dramatic.

Man of Steel trailer didn’t blow me away like the previous presentations but it still looked damn cool.

The MAN OF STEEL teaser trailer is !!ing perfection. My most anticapted movie of the next year. I cannot wait. So...just heard the teaser for MAN OF STEEL that's on THE DARK KNIGHT RISES is actually different than what they showed today at comic con.

Man Of Steel trailer just played. One intriguing shot: Superman being marched down a corridor by armed soldiers.

Perhaps the most unique looking of all the footage seen from the panels, in terms of cinematography.

1000000000xxx better looking than SUPERMAN RETURNS. Man of Steel really looks promising.

Man of Steel did NOT disappoint. Really big, but really pretty and personal with a new twist on the story. Much more soon. #sdcc

Man of Steel definitely has the Batman Begins vibe, but that's not a bad thing. #SDCC
ComingSoon.net have provided a description of the Man of Steel footage shown at this year's San Diego Comic-Con and what follows are the highlights from what was revealed during the screening. According to the site (and many other people who were in attendance as you can see from the reactions below), the Man of Steel footage looks totally different to past Superman movies. It was seemingly a combination of the teaser trailer (which has now been CONFIRMED as being attached to The Dark Knight Rises) and Comic-Con exclusive content. Flashes of Smallville were shown, including the Kent farm house and a shot of a young Clark Kent running in a red cape. A grown up and bearded Clark then walks on a snowy road with a voice-over from Russell Crow's Jor-El (talking about children being, "inspired to greater things") and Kevin Costner's Jonathan Kent giving Clark advice on becoming the man he wants to be. Clark is then shown in the Kent barn looking at the spaceship he crashed to Earth in, and holding a small piece of metal with the iconic "S" logo on it.
The footage then flashes to different periods in his life, offering a look at Clark as a teenager saving a bus full of children who have crashed in the water as he pulls the door off. "People are afraid of what they don't understand," says Costner as the scene transitions to Clark talking to what appears to be a holographic projection of Jor-El (although it apparently seemed as if they were standing right in front of one another). Superman is then finally shown in full costume. First from a distance, and then walking across a snowy landscape. The iconic superhero is seen flying and catching someone who falls from a building (presumably in Metropolis) with only a single flash of Lois Lane, before Superman is spotted in costume - and seemingly in handcuffs - being led down a hallway by armed guards. We next see Clark in an elevator lifting glasses to his face, before the footage concluded with a shot of him shirtless and on fire, and then being thrown into the bank vault revealed in the first official image released last year. When the footage was played a second time, it was also noted that it contains a very brief glimpse of Zod, Superman pulling himself out a pile of skulls, the military turning their weapons on Superman and a woman claiming to have seen Clark saving her child when he was a teenager.
