I can respect that. But I believe TI was talking about his impact and dominance overall which is why he made that statement.

And Pac's music was a reflection of who he was as a person. If someone is being genuine, you respect their craft more and these outbursts and engagements (before the age of social media) gave light to who he was as a person and made his music that much more powerful.

I can agree on that knowing Pacs story makes his music a lot more powerful, and probably puts him above all. Even though some of these beefs, him riding so hard for a couple snakes over at Deathrow and people he was hanging with was very questionable in retrospect.
