I knew we weren’t winning when Rodgers took 3 deep shots and we went there and out right after our D was on the field for an 8 min drive. Beyond stupid.
If you actually watched what they gave us on those 3 plays, passes are what it called for.. they were loading up on the blitz, then playing single high safety with man coverage throughout.

You NEVER do this with an elite offense unless you wanna get burned. This type of chit NEVER happened before cause Tae, Jordy, Jennings, younger Cobb, James Jones, etc would all make you pay.

The issue was 1v1 matchups on the outside and we don't have the WRs to win. Lazard is not gonna win a go route, Doubs struggles with route concepts occasionally, Watson/Watkins can't stay on the field, and Cobb isn't beating someone 1v1 like he used to.

Unfortunately we can't win a straight 1v1 matchup when the defense loads up on the run and it calls for it. MLF can only scheme dudes open on early downs. It's why we're statistically one of the best teams to get a first on 1st or 2nd down

WRs win battles and Rodgers still over throws or under throws them. Need to stop saying we have no WRs when the QB cant even get them the fukking ball downfield. That underthrow to Cobb should of been a TD. Rodgers need to be held accountable for once instead of blaming others

It was an underthrow but only slightly, and he had pressure up the middle as well. Would have been a tough throw/catch.

His deep balls I feel are still there, it's just unfortunate that we've had some drops and things. We had one to Cobb that was completed, one to Tonyan that was PI, one to Doubs that was Illegal contact, a decent 1v1 throw to Lazard on that 3rd down that he had a good chance of snagging, then a couple of overthrows to people. Idk I'd like it to be better but when your "deep threats" in Watson/Watkins are always hurt it's gonna make it difficult

I need video proof of his deep ball because he has missed Doubs and Cobb several occasions deep

I mean the deep ball to Watson, Watkins, and Doubs over the past couple weeks are the more glaring deep shots. That one to Lazard when there was zero separation still was on the $$.. Cobb had a good play for 30+ in the first today.

The real issue is going away from the run. Idk if it's MLF or Rodgers, but I'm blaming both on this one. Run the damn ball

I think it falls on MLF showing too much respect to Rodgers and going away from his run first mentality to help strengthen their "bondage". Rodgers said it himself prior to the game that he wants to air it out more and get the young WRs more invovled. But im starting to notice MLF does not make any in game adjustments when his plan is not working and both him and Rodgers start to free fall when shyt dont work out.

I mean I tend to lean that way also when it comes to MLF.. He's been the type of coach that is poor with in game adjustments in the past, and seems to just hammer away at something even if it's not working. Idk it's tough as us fans to critique cause we have no way of knowing who's the more to "blame" which is why I just blame both of them

Aaron Jones seemed pissed, and honestly I would be too if I was him. He's the best offensive playmaker we have, and we don't give him the ball.

Well no key injuries out for the season.

Though we need to run the ball, and maybe that's on Aaron to trust the RBs. Right now he can't throw the Deep Ball, perhaps he is seeing ghosts? Either way Aaron is not playing right at the moment.
