How is anybody calling what Jones did a fukkin power move? What power did he gain from this shyt? All he did was make himself look like a bytch. U wont fight a dude thats been talkin straight shyt to you, fights at 185, and isnt ready for a fight at all, all while Jones is 100% ready to fight the dude that is Chaels mentor. Any real fighter or competitor would have loved the opportunity to shut Chaels mouth real quick and get paid. Dude is straight p*ssy. Greg Jackson can go eat a dikk too. Ive been sayin for awhile now he was gonna ruin this sport with his conservative bullshyt fight strategies. Now he's doin it by advising fighters not to fight. They are FIGHTERS Greg. Like Chael said, what fight have any of yall ever got in that you had 8 days notice to get ready for it?
And check the screen name, Im not hatin I was a big Bones fan until today.
You think a professional boxing champ would take a fight on 8 days notice?
See this MMA shyt is not legit. nikkas are comparing it to fighting outside the fukkin club because someone stepped on your shoe!
Jon Jones has been training to fight Henderson for a couple of months now, its not like he hasnt been working on his stamina, standup, & grappling.
Lennox Lewis fought Vitali Klitschko on two weeks notice, an opponent that was arguably his toughest of his career.

I can see it from both perspectives and as a Jones fan, I'm gonna have to respect his decision because at the end of the day...it was a "Yes" or "No". He had a choice.
It's just as much the UFC's fault for not having another note-worthy fight as the co-main event. In the future, they'll probably do better with the booking in that aspect..
All that being said, the thing that REALLY sucks about UFC 151 being cancelled is that fighters are missing out on paychecks and potential fight bonuses. Fighters put up their own money for their camps, trainers, management, etc. and a lot of them have mortgages, families, various bills. Fighting a few times a year is probably the only thing putting food on some of their tables and they were really depending on that check from 151.
Just sucks all around for everyone.
I find it amazing that people got mad at Jones for not wanting to fight Chael...Why would he want to risk losing the match when the chances of him losing are so high..No one prepares for a fight with 8 days of preparation. It's just career suicide. It would have completely fukked up any momentum he had.
