Dude gets waxed at 185(which he barely made weight for mind you) announces a catchweight fight, and now all of a sudden he's supposed to fight the champ!? Get the whole way the fukk outta here. You dont take a fight when youre the champ on 8days notice, regardless how long youve been training.

Even if he had taken the fight, it still wouldnt have calmed the shyt storm, people would still praise Sonnen for being a "warrior" and taking the fight, and shytting on Bones for whoopin dudes ass that came in short notice. Dana needs to stop kissing Chael's ass every other month, its disgusting.

He's not trying to salvage the event, he is trying to salvage his career. He just lost a fight and is getting another title shot. Everyone is in it for themselves but most of these dummies following MMA don't get it. Jones is in the position of power and is using it.
