At this point he knew pretty much everything and had fought Maul several times. Watch Rebels Recon they explain it

Nah it made sense for the Maul fight to go like it did, he was a broken man and I think deep down he wanted Obi-Wan to release him from his torment.

Obi-Wan clearly more in tune with the force now more than ever and dude try rushing in like he's peak Maul, was only going to go one way.

Great episode though the voice actor for Obi-Wan killed it, really did sound like McGuinness, the ending was dope too.

I think people also forget that Obi-Wan was a padawan when he first went up against Maul. He obviously improved and became far more skillful and powerful over the last 20 - 30 years. At this stage he was truly a master.

Just watched and have to let it sink in, but my immediate reaction is I dont like The Bendu getting involved. It's a way for them to escape and keep Thrawn's reputation in tact, but felt cheap.

Also him involving himself feels out of character from what we've seen in the past.

So I wonder why Thrawn had a guard of Death Troopers? :jbhmm:Perhaps since Kallus is now with the Rebels & Konstantine got himself killed, space is being made for Krennic to be featured with the Imperials next season?

Was alright, didn't hit it out of the park like Twin Suns did. I never liked that Bendu shyt and knew they would one day pull some shyt like this, his last moment with Thrawn was ill tho.

I'm more surprised that they went a whole season without addressing the Ahsoka cliffhanger :ohhh:
