Only time I drink soda is with liquor, Its probably been over 4 years since I just had a soda straight on its own.

I stopped pretty much cold turkey because it was killing my teeth. I'm to the point now I basically only drink water and a little coconut water after workouts.

I gave up soda a year ago, every once in a while if I'm drunk Ill order a jack and coke but thats it, i drink water 99% of the time. I def feel better and more healthy.

Once you give up pop (soda for some of yall) its hard to go back. I didnt drink it in like 2-3 years. So recently I drank some and it felt all types of wrong, like my body was rejecting it. hard to explain.

Yea I gave up soda a while ago... I may do lemonade/Arnold Palmer every now and again. Other than that it's water or fruit juice

Ya'll be careful with those diet and sugar free drinks too though... Sucralose and Aspartame (artificial sweetners) aren't really good for you in the long run either, and a lot of those drinks and full of that stuff. That's why some people stay away from stuff like splenda and sweet and low.

If your gonna give up soda for health reasons, it doesn't make sense to drink other stuff that's not good for you either. Try just drinking water, juices that don't have large amounts of sugar (orange juice is FULL of sugar), and drinks flavored with other natural sweetners like xylitol.

Nah I'm talking about the crystal light and a couple other brands I've had. Never tried the mio, probably never will.
Man that shyt fukked me UP. shyt turns my stomach in knots.

I have soda every now and then. They have seminars at my job where they give away lunch + soda. So I would have a diet soda then. Sometimes if I'm out I might have a little ginger ale. Otherwise just water, milk and juices.

Snacks are killer too but again its all about establishing good habits. If you have a basic daily meal plan and you stick to it there should be no probs.

I had to give soda up because I was getting all this heartburn from it and it would make me fatigued. I slowly replaced it with gatorade and juices with some water here and there, and then transferred from that to mostly water. Soda doesn't even really taste that great. It's just the fact that you are addicted to the caffeine in it that has you craving. That's why it's a lot easier to stop drinking them after you've quit for a couple of weeks. Sodas will tear your teeth APART. They are pretty much little cans of poison, so I try to drastically limit my intake.


Bruh gaterade has way more sugar than soda. I had to give it up when I realized a 12 oz bottle had 75 fukking grams of sugar.
