Ya'll be careful with those diet and sugar free drinks too though... Sucralose and Aspartame (artificial sweetners) aren't really good for you in the long run either, and a lot of those drinks and full of that stuff. That's why some people stay away from stuff like splenda and sweet and low.
If your gonna give up soda for health reasons, it doesn't make sense to drink other stuff that's not good for you either. Try just drinking water, juices that don't have large amounts of sugar (orange juice is FULL of sugar), and drinks flavored with other natural sweetners like xylitol.
