there is a new Valve Index and Oculus coming out soon from what i hear.
the Index is so much more expensive than the Oculus and you have to be wired.
the FB thig is meh to me.

i just beat Robo Recall a few days ago. I'm gonna play through again with all the upgrades.
Swarm is a stupid fun shooter that will give you a good workout.



Museum of other Realities is...a multimedia experience to say the least and i love it.

I should prolly wait then to see why the new Index is like.

I was casually interested in a Quest 2, but this may nudge me closer to getting one. (Along with the ability to use it with your PC)

The only thing is I really don't want to create a Facebook account again, and you can't make a dummy/throwaway account either.

Might as well wait for the update but the quest 2 is great. Best value by far and completely wireless.

It seems as if it is more focused on a price point that is more for business than games so I just went out and copped one today.

Only thing better is Half Life Alyx (and Alyx is on another level graphically cause it's a PC game).

These game companies are trippin, Skyrim and Fallout 4 VR are both good as fukk. Fallout VR with modded photorealistic graphics is just something different. That shyt is cold as hell.

Skyrim VR is better, but graphically you can't use mods to get to Fallout 4 level graphics.

I'm going to play that soon, with Halo Infinite MP potentially dropping later on today that forecast might get pushed back.

Anywho. in having this for the time that I do, I see that Sony has a lot of work to do to make VR on the PS5 a viable thing. I've bought two games, Vader Immortal and Blade & Sorcery Nomad.

I haven't played too much of Vader outside of 5 minutes in the beginning. I mostly got that for my kids. Blade & Sorcery Nomad however, yeah, that was a Superhot/Astrobot moment for me. I'm going to eventually get to getting more games like the Walking Dead joint and Asgard's Wrath but I feel like this is money well spent already. Just not being tethered the cords is amazing.

Two free things that I've tried. Creed - Rise to Glory demo. I touched glove with dude in the demo then he tried to take my head off with a wild ass Deontay Wilder like swing. No lie, I bytched up and took off the headset. I never tried it on the PSVR because I just felt that the tracking wouldn't be all the way right so this was my first time. I need to get this game too.

That was the clincher to make me feel that my $299.99 was justified because it gave me a gaming feel that I'd never had before. Yeah fun game, just have to turn off voice chat or else you'll have a bunch of 8yr Olds squealing in your ear
