Just search "180 VR Sexy" and you should find stuff. You aren't going to see much nudity, but some videos will push the boundaries.

Regarding the OS update I clueless about it since I put my Quest 1 up for sale the day Zuckerberg announced Facebook accounts were required. So I haven't used a Quest since. I have a crappy Vive Focus Plus (Bought it used for $100). I'm still waiting for the Lynx R-1 AR headset that I am a kickstarter backer for. If I ever see a Pico 4 for cheap, I may grab one of those.

FB accounts are no longer required for Quest/Meta. Been like that for almost two years.
