To be real, I don't like in the idea of a trade down. Unless we get Maclin or Marshall, I think we need to go after after one of those two receivers at 6.

not saying draft all of them..but all are huge positions of need. Cooper wont be there at 6.

WR is also a huge position of need. We can't keep saying Geno needs weapons and then not take one of the two best receivers in this draft. I know CB is probably a bigger position of need but I think we need to focus on getting the offense is order first.

Most mocks I've seen have Amari falling to 5-10 range with Kevin White going ahead of him.

They're all positions of need, but if the Jets don't draft defense, they'll still look to address it somehow. We stop trying on offense historically

That doesn't mean you don't attempt to address it. By that logic forfeit every pick until Aaron Rodgers proclaims his love for us.

Sad reality is this. We don't know when our QB is coming but when he shows up he better have good options to work with. Otherwise why even have a good QB?

Because good QB's dont need elite receivers to be successful. We'll know if we have a good QB regardless of who the receivers are. Geno isnt a turnover machine because we have average to below average wr's...he's a turnover machine because he stinks. Same was true with Sanchez.

Sanchez had weapons and Chip last year and still sucked.
