F9 over $730M and the new Bond over $750M .... Spider-Man and then The Batman will really bring theaters bacc. No Same Day streaming release on either of those...

For a best 7, I'm going with Cyclops, Wolverine, Nightcrawler, Storm, Colossus, Jean Grey, and Kitty Pryde. Rogue would be my 8th.

Also, shout-out to God Loves Man Kills (even though Byrne was already long gone by that point). That's easily a top 3 X-men story of ALL TIME.

regarding spiderman, nah we are and were right...he is the main event of marvel and always will be.

we just underestimated how bad fox could DESTROY x-men's good will. LOGAN still made $619 million as a rated R movie, and days of future past made $720 million. Thats AFTER the multiple failures...I'm willing to say that a Disney promoted X-Men film makes a billion off gp.

A Disney X-Men film with the right names attacked would absolutely crush it at the box office.

-I can see the X-men taking the throne from the Avengers with the MCU stimulus easily. I can agree with what @Phillyrider807 said about not wanting to see most the X-Men in solos but there's no need to do that. Throw them in small groups/duos like Thor/Hulk did in Ragnarok (Rogue/Mystique in Captain Marvel, Bishop/Cable timeline beef, Magik/Limbo in Dr. Strange, Wolverine with White Widow/Winter Soldier in some Omega Red soviet shyt, etc) & let the core team do what they do with the major threats. Let Sabretooth fukk up some people off screen & after credits before a rated X Wolverine movie debut where they throw hands a couple times before the final battle. If AvX kicks off have the Cyclops/Cap face off.
