Delly's a lock down defender (depending on who he's defending of course...but he can) he runs pick and roll better than anyone on the squad and he's consistent from three...john paxson/Steve Kerr 2.0:yeshrug:
During the regular season and even against the Celtics I thought he was trash and I was pissed off at Blatt for giving him all the minutes. He has been a revelation this series. I think with Love out and Kyrie hobbled the Bulls really turned all their Defensive effort into stoppin Bron but Shump, Delly, Trish, JR, Timo.. all these guys played great and really stepped up. I like Kyrie and he was playing hurt but Delly was better than him in this series. I remember I first realized that during game 2 or 3. When Dell had like 8 assist in the first half or something like that. I thought to myself "they need to get Kyrie out and put Dellavedova in... Wait, did I really just think that? Actually Delly has been shooting the ball well and their ball movement/execution has been much stronger with him on the floor. :ohhh:"
So ya obviously Kyrie is the better player but JUST in this series I preferred Dellavedova. Only being honest :yeshrug:

Kyrie is on another level, even with him hobbled he still breaks down defenders and hits from three at will...but Delly is the perfect backup...:blessed:...when ky sits and Delly comes in the scoring continues...defense doesn't wane...he knows how to score when to pass...he had no clue earlier in the season (but none of em' had a clue then)...IM NOT CONCERNED WHEN HE'S ON THE COURT NOW:jawalrus:
