Honestly, I really don't know what happened but I fell off something serious last year and never got it together. It's a huge setback but a lesson learned. I always thought losing the weight was the hard part but keeping it off was what I should have really been worried about.
so you can respond to me, interesting...but yes most people dnt tlk about nor take into consideration that part of staying fit, mainitainin the lifestyle. hell my ass go through it too aint been in the gym for 6 months...but luckily i have good genes so while i lost body mass and definition im still lean with muscles :blessed:

Day 18: been eating a lot better and going to the gym. Lost 5 lbs.

My oven broke so I haven't been eating much meat this past week. It's down to about once a day in the form of either turkey sausage in the morning or tuna at some point during the day. Don't really miss it either.

It is extremely easy to say no to junk/fast food at this point.


As of right now, I'm just going to work on staying consistent with going to the gym or doing some type of workout at home.

I did this for 4 months 2 years ago and shredded fat like nothing. Ate 100% clean. Man did i feel and look great :wow:

I need to get back on this. I stopped because i read up on IIFYM which basically allows u to eat whatever u want as long as it fits your macros. That shyt did not work out for me and now im a firm believer that sugar is the devil and not all calories are created equal.

fukk that, im gonna start this tomorrow. Just need to stock up on fruit :francis:

Gonna leave a daily meal diary in this thread.

Welp day one.

Breakfast i had 2 cups of egg whites with chopped bell peppers and onions. Refried beans and a cup of mix fresh fruit with 8oz of water.

What people have turned IIFYM is where the fukkery lies. Sugar isn’t the devil.

Day 1 lunch:

7 oz chicken with freshly cut broccli and cabbage with protein shake and bar.



Dinner: wheat spaghetti with a side of spinach tuna salad.




Zero proccessed sugars on day one. No junk food too
