because it doesnt matter what you eatIm six one 140 I dont get it,I eat the stuff that people claim makes you obese,very unhealthy lifestyle unfortunately.people itt that say that being skinny repulses bytches are painfully correct.
it matters how many more calories you consume compared to the calories you expend (walking around, basic metabolism etc)
you could eat only chocolate bars, or only big macs but if you dont eat enough calories you will lose weight
you needa eat like 2500 calories a day if you wanna gain weight so start counting those calories. Eat 2500 a day atleast
