Fasting makes no fap a lot easier.
In jail one of my cellmates was a junkie truck driver. He explained to me why a majority of fiends who go months or years sober in prison get right back on drugs soon as they're free again. He was saying that when you locked up you don't have the opportunity or temptation to get high like you do out in that world; basically there are no chances for you to turn down drugs and build willpower, so simply going cold turkey usually aint enough to kick a habit. It was then when I came up with a thought that helped change my life. I asked him what is the one thing you are constantly being given in jail that you want: food !
I told him that if you can have a strong enough self-restraint to refuse food in jail, than you can turn down anything.He hit me with a combo

The next time I tried it I did five After that I went for seven but only made it to three days
What does all this have to do with no fap? Well, when I got back home I did my googles on fasting & learned plenty of cool shyt about it. When I fasted again, I noticed I had no urge to beat it during my fast. Im sure my Muslim breh who fast during their holy month can co-sign what Im saying.
