I’d say the infamous aged better than hell on earth, the latter has a lot of outdated production which is insane because it was released in 96’.
This isn’t about whether the music sounds dated. Both albums do. They sound like mid 90s boom bap. It about whether people are still listening.

Infamous and Hell on Earth are top 25 albums and their best ones, people are still bumping it

Incredible body of work. Gotta be one of my fav all time albums, and on some days I even prefer Hell On Earth more. Still got original copies of it in every format :flabbynsick:

Anything but a substantive response actually rebutting my argument right?

Either you're a boldfaced liar or you're 12 years old. Numbers are used to lie all the time, from incarceration statistics to redistricting for votes. You probably believed the Billboard numbers too.

But please, do tell us more. :pachaha:

Here we go. Do you have any proof that Spotify’s numbers on 90s hip hop albums are fraudulent? Or do you just disbelieve all numbers?

Breh started a whole thread to push this BS narrative. This is something I would expect out of the groupies of the board who pull out pom poms for Wayne and Drake. Hopefully I never see you in a numbers thread criticizing these dudes for claiming whatever artist they riding for is GOAT based off of a numbers stat.

Just know that if the numbers don't lie, you'd have to concede that the following albums are better than Illmatic and Infamous:

2001
AEOM
Life After Death
Ready To Die
The Score
SSLP
Miseducation
Big Willie Style
Doggystyle
36 Chambers

"Bu, but those albums were commercial juggernauts. They were expected to bstream high". Well, if we must talk numbers, those albums were bigger than Infamous when they dropped and 20+ years later they are still bigger if we go by streaming.

Why are you so mad?
What happened?
And this isn’t a “BS Narrative”. It’s a logical conclusion based upon empirical data :wow:
Also - this is a 27th Anniversary Thread for the GOAT album. Pay homage respect. The albums a vet :ahh:
