How it should be booked:

Ibushi vs omega for the finial of there block. Ibushi beats omega to steal his chance to regain and headline wk

Leading Natio vs ibushi in for the G1 finial. Natio wins meeting okada at wk and Natio finally getting is rematch

Furious he lost his chance for the belt we get Omega vs ibushi at wk. Omega wins contract expires a month later and he goes to WWE at the Royal rumble.

:dwillhuh: Ibushi and Omega are on different blocks, the only way they face each other is on the Finals.

Okada vs Naito for the belt and Omega vs Ibushi underneath should be the card for WK though, I agree with you.

I think this will be Sanadas push towards the intercontinental title. They've been protecting him in multi man tags all year for a reason.

I think they could have thrown in a random ROH wrestler like Punishment Martinez or Dalton Castle instead of Yano

They messed up not putting them in the same block. It wouldve made the most sense

I'm really high on SANADA. I think he can be part of the main event big 4 for New Japan (big 4 right now is Tanahashi/Omega/Okada/Naito).

If they want to make Sanada a main guy in the next 2-3 years you make Natio win the G1 and get the belt off okada and slowing during natios reign you big up Sanada into not wanting to be a flunky sidekick no more in LOS slow build that shyt until he wins the jcup in 2019 and challenges natio for it at sakura or dominion

Didn't get my wish on Nagata :to: though it's understandable.

Like we all thought, the Finals gonna be Omega vs Naito or Ibushi. Should be a fun tournament :obama:

I think now is SANADA's time to give NJPW the  and put them on notice. I haven't followed L.I.J.'s 6-man antics much but from what little I've seen, SANADA seems to be portrayed as the closer of the unit. Though EVIL is low-key :leon:

I don't think he wins the whole thing, but I think he uses this as a platform to announce himself in that IC title contention area.

@Jmare007 ZSJ gonna get that opening night upset or nah :jbhmm:

Wish it was Ibushi/Naito closing out at Sumo Hall.

Wonder what the K-Hall show stealer gonna be. SANADA got a real chance there with MiSu, but I don't think he's the type of worker to really mesh with him. Ditto Kenny. Think they missed a real chance there not booking Cozy/Misu or Ishii/Nagata for K-Hall.

I could see Okada rolling through the block before MiSu breaks his back and makes him humble, setting up a Kenny points comeback capped off in the final.

We gotta get the whole card first to predict the 1st night upset. But yeah, it does seem ZSJ might get a huge W so he can then job a couple of times during the tournament :ehh:

Both MiSu matches could trigger "Korakuen magic" but as always with Suzuki, it's gonna depend how much he wants to bring it that day. Block B might get Okada vs Elgin in Korakuen and that also has a chance of being a show stealer. shyt, who knows, maybe Yano gives us another G-1 classic like he did against Tana in 2011 if he's paired up against Okada in one of the K-Hall shows. With Block A, Ibushi vs Sabre could be dope if stars align...and there's a chance we get Nagata vs Tanahashi at Korakuen too :wow: :lawd:
