Doesn't mean he was out here harming people. His goal was to use gangs as a way to improve a community, not destroy it.

Please, as someone who has never been part of a gang, tell us what you've done more for a community than Nipsey?

You dont know what shots he was calling behind the scenes. If nipseys fellow gang member had murdered an innocent hard working black man that day instead of him and nipsey knew about it. What would he do? Would he help the family of the man killed get justice? You know the answer.. There is no middle ground. Either you are a part of the problem or a part of the solution. Gangs and drug dealers have terrorized black neighborhoods for far too long. Stop idolizing them.

Well obviously I’m going off what was reported to have happened.

If the reports are wrong then we really have nothing to talk about here.

The reports are from people actually standing there giving their account of what happened.

Beyond any of that Nipsey never pretended in his music or real life(slapping nikkas for parking spots) that he was that far removed from his gang life.

I’m not “assuming” anything. Everything I said was based off real verifiable info.

To say I am a fan of him and what he stood for would be an understatement.

(So much so that I got calls from my friends and family when victory lap dropped, and when news of his death came out as if he was my personal homie all the way in Ohio)

So my words don’t come from hate, but from love. Because again Nipsey was very real about the life he lead, and I think it’s a disservice to his legacy for people to be blaming the”Illuminati” or “not leaving the hood” for his death.

He lead a life that he knew was dangerous and tried to spread good within it. And I think that’s commendable and inspiring.
The reports are wrong. Here’s a link to a news video where Nips big homie talks about how it went down. They didn’t have no argument or disagreement. They both shook dudes hand too.

1. It’s all in this thread. Again if it’s untrue then it is, but from what I’ve gathered it was the first and most corroborated account of what happened.

2. Again read this thread and all the news accounts of what happened. Have you gathered a better/different account of what happened? Post it

3. The slap showed he was a guy that was willing to enact violence to get his point across.

4. Read 1 and 2 then read the actual police reports.

5. I never said he was
1. "its all in this thread" is not a verified source

2. reading contradicting news, gossip, and social media accounts isn't going to give me verified info. especially since most of the info in this thread was proven false by the LAPD.

3. being willing to enact violence doesn't mean a person is involved in illegal activity. A fukking hand slap is your evidence that he is promoting gang banging and illegal activity? where are you from?

4. link to the police reports you are talking about. source?

You are just running in circles with hyperbole and no actual sources cited..... telling me that verified info is "somewhere" on a web forum and to go search for it...
you don't know anything about what you are saying.
stop speaking on people and environments you have no experience with.

I'm watching this documentary right now and it's crazy how highly the OGs from 60s spoke of Nip and this isn't even an RIP doc.

Another thing I noticed is nikkas keep talking about that alley.

The same alley that bytch ass nikka crept down then escaped in.

Same alley that made Yukmouth say "fukk that, I ain't going in Nipsey store today" when he went out there to chop it up with him.

Nipsey WAS Malcolm X

His story starts off the same as Malcolm when he was red. The transition was taking place and the promotion of positivity and unity is the same.

Alot of you nikkas whp only know dude from media and music fail to fully understand what he was about. You definitely ain't from LA. Spectators trying to ref the game

STFU fakkit!!

Don't fukking speak on Malcom X ever again in your life.

Tariq getting on my nerves with this conspiracy shyt

like stfu
People are really disrespectful with that shyt.

While Tariq is on that conspiracy bullshyt, I'm thinkin' about Nipsey's child bein' without a father and Lauren losin' somebody she obviously loved. That shyt is TOUGH to deal with. People seem to forget the other victims of a murder. Nothin' would break me more than hearin' a child ask "where is my daddy?", then the mother havin' to somehow explain.

Rest In Peace, Nipsey.
