Need a new open world or story game to play...

Never played the Witcher 3 or BOTW or Skyrim ... Not big on dragons n shyt and Skyrim looks old af so that's the bottom of the list. Witcher 3 you gotta play as a cac which is a bit ehh.. but I guess Link is a cac too?

Anyway, what y'all think??

I typically would rather play as my own character but I will say Geralt is a GOAT-tier protagonist and Witcher 3 is an excellent game overall. Would definitely recommend

He gets blatantly discriminated against by most of the world and can’t hide who he is so I found him to be much more relatable than most white protagonists



BotW is dope too but definitely more exploration and pure gameplay oriented with a lot less narrative than Witcher. Both are awesome, must-play games but I prefer Witcher myself

If you have a choice play those games on a ps4/xbone at least. Witcher 3 is probably better than Skyrim in almost everyday aside from role playing, but its a lot newer also.

Divinity original sin 2 is imo the best actual role playing game ever but it might not be your thing, its isometric and turn based. But you can create almost any character you want and do anything you want.

BoTW is a must play.

Witcher 3 if you want really good narrative and plot lines. The game is known for its side quest having better stories than a lot of other games main quest.

Thanks breh... Yeah I think I'mma go Witcher. This protagonist sounds aiight, only white protagonist I've ever liked is arthur Morgan, and this cat seems aiight like him

I think I'mma end up buying both..witcher first tho

Got a PS4 and slowly getting thru mass effect 1. It's just so shytty and old, that I'm itching for some better gameplay.

Now I feel like I should get BOTW first smhh this ain't easy

You can't go wrong with either. BOTW gameplay is more action oriented, while witcher's can be a bit repetitive

Finally got this bad boy two weeks ago and playing fire Emblem three houses. Dam can’t wait to experience all the JRPG’s on this console.

seems very tactics like. It doesn't really play out like that. certain actions you imput will trigger your party member to do something accordingly.

Yeah I'm like 75% through this game and I came in thinking this was going to be similar to FFXII

but I was wrong, it's like FFXII on easy mode

And scalpers are already going stupid before official pre orders. I really wish Nintendo would stop acting silly with those Joycons tho. Someone gone really get they ass for those controllers in due time if they keep playing.
