just copped one for my son. anybody got any tips on must need accessories or anything important they've learned about the system

Pro Controller
Tempered glass screen protector

Its not a must but I really like the Hori stand. Built in stand is flimsy and doesn't let you charge as you play

The thing is... I don't want to play Destiny 2. the first one was boring as fukk. fukking Halo remake. :francis:

But that's me :whoa:

Point is the exclusives on the Switch are :ohlawd: and if I want to play a multiplat that ain't on Nintendo I still got the PS4 and the One S (tho I'm probably trading the One S)

Very, very close to double dipping on Doom.

I hate the fact that it's $60. It's a port of a game that I bought sealed for $20 last year. It should realistically be $40 max.

However, it's probably my favorite FPS campaign ever made and I want more big AAA titles like this on Switch.
why is it your fav campaign

Now that I think about it, Switch really is the ultimate mobile gaming device. With T-mobile I get unlimited data and Hulu, Netflix, and YouTube all fall under their binge on program so that means I can tether my Switch to my iPhone and watch high quality videos all day instead of watching it on my phone's smaller screen.

I have dumb ass Verizon. Remember that grandfathered original unlimited data plan people swear every year they are going to get rid of? I have that.

But since I have Verizon. I have to pay for the option to enable hotspot. On my old phone there was a crack to enable the hotspot and since I could tether to anything (played smash Bros, Mario kart 8, and bayonetta 2 online) I didn't pay for home Internet.

I've been too lazy to look for a new crack, but I just might have too now.

I like the speed. It plays almost like an FPS version of DMC or God of War. Your normal movement speed is running in pretty much every other game, no cover system to slow you down, enemies are coming from all angles so you need to take them out quick or you die

Doom is dope.. i never played it before, looks a little blurry but i cant complain .. :manny:

Probly looks like shyt on a tv tho

Picked it up but haven't played it myself yet.
I previously played the XB1 version (which was dynamic resolution and I'm almost certain has frame drops in certain areas too).
I want to try it out but I can't stop playing Odyssey :yeshrug:
