Sometimes, it's to put a spotlight on how bad, foolish, or misleading someone is.
Now I say that with regard to people who have (or can have) a direct impact on the lives of many people, and a politician and Presidential candidate like Nicki Haley fits. That's far different than someone in TLR making routine posts about the stupid things that Tariq Nasheed or Charleston White or some random Twitter bird might vomit into the world.
Nimarata looks white passable, thats what shes holding onto for dear life.
