If the South cared so much about States rights they wouldn’t have infringed on the laws of Northern states only through federal protection. Not only did they infringe on the laws of Northern states but this led to the kidnapping of many free Blacks who because slaves did not have the rights of free citizens were retroactively barred from arguing their cases in court.

And when you tried to claim it was documented, you posted literal neo-Confederate authors to try to push your claim. I've debated you extensively on every one of those issues. I've proven you wrong on every one. And you don't give a shyt about receipts.
In the Civil War argument, for example, I proved every single claim you made wrong, including that you got multiple timelines and amendments wrong (including not even being able to tell the difference between shyt that happened during the war before Lincoln died, and shyt that happened years later after it was all over), showed that you had no idea what actually motivated the war or what motivated Lincoln's assassination, got you to apologize for quoting straight from the neo-Confederate book you owned then watched you turn around and take back the apology for no reason.
You can't point to a single historical claim on that list that we haven't argued over, that I didn't destroy you on.

Yeah, I remember seeing that for the first time about 10 years ago and it blew my mind how blatant it was. Like how could there even be a debate?
James Louwen in "Lies My Teacher Told Me" takes about how real history teachers need to always involve the original documents in order to show the truth and keep it from getting whitewashed. Not everything true is going to be in the original documents, obviously, but there is a LOT of shyt that people try to erase from history when there's obvious, documented evidence directly from the time period which proves the narrative they're selling is full of shyt.

All of the succeeding states had conventions where they debated succeeding from the union because of slavery. All of the top officials from the various states are on record voting there is no ambiguity cacs just like to play stupid.
Plus after they succeeded most of the confederate states rewrote their constitution's to include stronger slavery clauses.
