Air maxes are designed to cushion you with the air pocket. Injecting blood in there or just puncturing the unit is not something the company would do for reasons that should be obvious. It compromises their shoes. This is like you telling me mercedes would sell you a car with 4 flats as an option. Or one with sugar in the tank.

Nike has clashed with this same customizer before publicly for the holly water shoe. But don't believe they are not involved.
