Retrieving a body heals you. Repaired bodies are useless imo. I upgrade my weapons. I try to save as much as possible for plug-ins, storage and fusions.

Route A thru C involve a different character and play style changes. Ending D and E come from the choices you make in the final battle in C.

So Route C leads to ending C, D, and E.

After you beat C the 1st time you get chapter select and can go right back to get ending D and E.
