These jews don't play they even had Nas censor the name Doug Morris from album version of hero :dead:

"This universal apartheid
I'm hog-tied, the corporate side
Blocking y'all from going to stores and buying it
First L.A. and Doug Morris was riding with it
But Newsweek article startled big wigs
They said, Nas, why is he trying it?"

Not to defend 50...but why are Nick Cannon and others acting like 50 is wrong for clowning him? They have friction, if you type in their names together on youtube you will see videos of Nick Cannon shytting on 50 Cent and vice versa. When has 50 not kicked a foe when they're down? Lol. 50 isn't going to defend him or stay silent just because of the circumstance. Of course it's corny and in bad taste...but I understand why he's doing it, they've been quarreling

Above the fray.
no, that's not what Im saying. Yes, "We" as in the black community can address it/cancel him within our scope BUT he would not be canceled on a large scale (mainstream) because most of his supporters are non-black. This is just a simple demographics observation/reality

No, I think you know exactly what I'm getting at here.
Not directed at any one person or any "side", but this is yet another example of the energy level being different when the person/group is Black versus when they are non Black.

No disrespect but what does this have to do with Eminem? He is not the boss of 50 Cent. 50 decided to involve himself in the Em/Nick beef and take shots with Nick responding back... this just happens to be another shot and nothing at all to do with Eminem.
And this is where I draw the line with him:scust:

That’s c00n shyt I just can’t dig

My guess is that Nick has some shyt (or multiple shyts) he doesn't want out to the public, and that's why he apologized so quickly. Blackmailed the fukk outta him.

Forget the whole money thing.

Nah, I don't think that's the case. Which offends you more:

a non-white person sh1tting on blacks/your people?

or

a person that looks just like you but from another ethnicity, sh1tting on you/your people?

this really doesn't work--unless the person does some off the wall sh1t that they can't comeback from--because white people are still going to support them

but it's the person's consumer base that determines how 'canceled' they can be. So:

if a black person who's somewhat popular with a core black consumer base but has also has cross over in the white world, gets "canceled," by those same whites, they're lack of a non-black consumer base will hurt them more than...

if a white person who has a mostly white consumer base gets canceled by/within the black community
Well Nick Cannon is not cancelled by his consumer base so he'll be alright. You can quote this in the future.

If you've paid attention to my posts since joining, you know that I don't tolerate disrespect from anybody and I'm gonna take some of action about it.
Copping pleas and making excuses for not responding is not how I get down.

thread about the Stella Gets Her Groove film disrespecting Haitians
https://www.thecoli.com/threads/how...d-from-a-hollywood-film.738208/#post-35212709

Note that we took it straight to the decision maker who greenlighted the film, and not a single comment from me about the ethnicity of the writer of the book or the actresses who starred in the scene and said those lines.

Already mentioned multiple times about sending a complaint letter to Def Jam over the anti-Haitian line in Muddy Waters album by redman......and never supporting his albums since then.

When jewish groups blocked Angela Davis from receiving an NAACP award, I contacted those groups and the local NAACP to call them out for bullshyt.

Whether my complaints lead to something or get ignored, I'm gonna let people know that they violated. The ones who make the decisions, that is.

You and I have debated enough times so that you know exactly what I'm getting at here. I've read mutliple posts and threads about how influential certain groups are "we are the engine for pop culture in America and the globe" "everybody copies us". I have a hard time resolving how it goes from that to "oh, we don't make enough of the population to affect this person or this company, so we're not gonna complain".

Agreed but my point is that addressing an issue is a LONG WAYS from being able to cancel someone outside of the black community

Being a trend setter in pop culture as black person in the USA will never trump white peoples ability to eat off/dominate wihtin that same culture. You think black people weren't complaining about white appropriation of black culture as they watched white people become big/bigger off said culture in a way they could ever dream of? This happens because the white population is bigger and doesn't need any support from black people; therein lies the same reason why blacks can't 'cancel' white people when it pertains to mainstream/pop culture etc..

so yea, the black community could cancel someone like Paul Wall because 90% of his support is black people; but, black people could never cancel someone like Eminem
