I'm stuck on the second boss, Onryoki or some shyt like that. It's probably been 20 attempts already :francis:

Pretty sure I can beat him but I only have 4 heals and I eventually run out.

Didn't struggle this much with Bloodbourne or DS3 :snoop:

Is that the vampire chick? Level up to at least 30 that’s how I got past her. I grinded for weeks. Everybody after wasn’t much of a problem.

This game is serious a slogg to play through. It is enjoyable and differen tin the beginning but before the halfway point you realize its repetitive and too long. Not fukking with any of the souls or BB.
nikka said souls isnt repetitive :russ:

Learn that stuff. Soul matching and reforging are a MUST, especially when you get further in the game. Disassembling gives you materials for forging/reforging, while selling gives you gold, which is used to soul match. I spent nearly my whole first playthrough just disassembling, and never had a problem with money (I hardly ever buy anything). Starting the DLC and getting divine weapons changes that though. I actually ran out of stones to reforge with because I started just selling all my excess stuff to get enough cash to soul match. So now I have to balance it, but that's nothing you should really have to worry about at this point.

I haven't really gotten into forging stuff yet (I plan to at some point), but reforging and soul matching are essential IMO.

Is this game worth copping? Thinking about getting this and Gravity Rush 2.

If you like fast action games that aren't just mindless button mashers, then yes, get it ASAP. There are a lot of hours waiting in this game

What a game, this shyt is fire.

I'm focused on swordplay and thats it .... Building my heart and my Fire Dog Spirit.

Im basically unstoppable. I have the sharpest swords in all of japan, combined with elemental damage infused for each situation possible.

Been playing this for a bit, up at the 2nd island and got few quick conclusions

- Game is dope as hell and low key better than Soulsbourne, they really took their style and ran with it

- Depth of gameplay is dope, unlike Soulsbourne's roll/sidestep & hit you're given much more tools to play with

-Living weapons are dope and probably OP, shreds bosses with ease

-The contained level structure's great, you can pick it up and get a few bits done in an hour or so

- Finally the armour/gear sets bonuses are dope, love when games have them. Also light/medium armour >>>>>>>>>>>heavy, that extra ki movement is so clutch

I know I'm two years late on the game but:yeshrug:, I'm actually hyped for Nioh 2

One minor negative, the Way of the Warrior samurai boss that you kill on the 1st island is the most obnoxious boss I've played in a minute, Seth from Street Fighter obnoxious. I cheesed that punk
