The Patriots' -100 point differential is good for 4th worst in the league. Incredibly, they've lost to 2 of the 3 teams ahead of them: Washington (-104) and Giants (-133). They are truly a deplorable team and in the running for worst in the league.

I really don’t get the hurts mvp hype. He had an overtime and only threw for 200 yds. It seems like the team wins in spite of
Him sometimes

He accounted for 5 TD's including the game winner in OT so who cares about yards in a comeback victory?

His stats aren't amazing but there isn't a QB who's lighting it up this season. That's no clear cut MVP so giving it to the guy with the best record is a possibility.

One of the worst takes I've ever seen. The guy comes up clutch all the time and makes big plays in the biggest moments with his arm and legs. Plus he's gotta overcome one of the worst passing defenses in the league on a consistent basis.
That team plays pretty well across the board and I’m talking about stats mostly. But it’s up in the air right now but the team as a whole is great the defense isn’t nearly as bad as y’all make it out to be. They have literally shut out a few teams in the second half this season

You aren’t watching the games.

He does play terrible at times, especially the first half but then they make adjustments as good teams do.

5tds breh, idk how you even watch football and downplay that number which is the most critical stat. Doesn’t even take account of when these tds were scored.

Stupid braindead biased fanatic take.

Too many posts to quote, so i'll just post a general line that MVP voters would look at.

Dakota has 1 more total touchdown and 240 more total yards, while playing in one extra game than Jalen. He has a 70% to 68.5% completion edge. A 12 to 6 turnover edge. And a massive edge over raw dogging sub .500 teams.

Purdy has 3 less total touchdowns and 150 more total yards, while playing in one extra game than Jalen. He has a 70.2% completion edge. A 12 to 8 turnover edge. He actually beats good teams.

So if the season were to end today, even with both players having an extra game, Jalen would still be favored over them. Not only does Jalen have more wins against better competition, he has the best record in the league while having almost identical stats in one fewer game. Easy maths.

Updating my post..

Jalen now has more total yards than both players.

Jalen has more total touchdowns than both players.

Jalen has more wins against teams above .500 than both players combined.

Jalen is leading the team with the best record in the league.

Clear MVP frontrunner. The other two can fight it out for offensive player of the year, where it's more about outstanding stats.

exactly. you don't play ball for yards, you play ball for points.
