The best pass rusher ,best corner ,and 3rd best receiver in team history have all opted to leave the franchise in their prime with long term deals on the table. Pure incompetence from the top. Caldwell , Coughlin , and Khan deserve to be spat on.

is that DE really that nice that you don’t think you can replace him seems like you guys draft these guys fairly well..:Is he worth what he’s asking for?

Yes he's not Von or JJ but he's a difference maker. Pairing him with Josh Allen creates a pass rush few in the league can duplicate.

Question about y'all fanbase. Are the fans at least aware that y'all are getting a shyt rep from players based on how y'all move? Coughlin was the scapegoat the past few years, but y'all FO still are not interested in looking anywhere near player friendly.

The majority of the fans are MAGA'd out like 904lurker said but the sensible and real fans that actually know football know better and know what the deal is. Been the laughingstock of the league for over 20 years

I think Jameis will play one more year in TB then next year they’ll draft a new Qb and he’ll be gone. I don’t think they want him back this year but the problem is all the FA Qb’s are stopgaps not guys you can build around for a decade.

their interest in Teddy seems odd to me. He’s like bizarro Jameis. He won’t throw a ton of picks(though he threw more then people would think in Minny) but he’s not gonna make big plays down the field either he’s basically Alex Smith.

I guess it’s like when you change coaches you want eve opposite. So if you had a disciplinarian the next coach will be a players coach

I think both sides are playing poker.

Of course the Bucs wanna sign him as cheaply as possible and Jameis has to know that he isn't worth the best QB deal possible.

I wouldnt mind Jameis coming back, but it has to be at the right price.

The crazy thing is, what is the right price?

I've seen people say they'd only resign him to like a 2/34 mil a year deal, I sat there reading that shyt like :dahell:

I'm sitting here thinking, the price of the brick keeps going up and you're gonna be forced to sign a decent to good QB to at least 26-30 million, hell even below average qbs are getting 25-28 million.

The Bucs fukked up cause they should of got him last year on a 2-3 year deal for 25-26 per, then at least that way, they would have options on keeping him or using him as a bridge for a rookie QB.

Now they gotta hope, they can get their one in million shot in Brady or bring in Teddy for about the same or a lil more cause some fans think, they're gonna get Teddy for like 20 mil a season.

The front office fukked up cause they never built the team right and now all their big money players are coming up and now they gotta figure out how to rebuild on the fly but keep playoff aspirations alive.

There's too many QBs floating on the market for Washington to pass on Young. Take Young, and find whoever the best fit on the market is between Bridewater, Rivers, Jameis, etc. We can easily land a veteran to steady the ship while building the rest of the roster...

Young seems to good to pass on...

Right, and I don't like that. Tua isn't a "can't miss" prospect to me. I think he has a high ceiling, but I also think he's injury-prone, and haven't we had enough of that in DC?

We're not winning a title in '20 anyway, so let's go forward with rounding out the team, and go forward with the best QB possible. Smith won't be back, I don't think, and Haskins isn't the guy. Theres an unusually deep QB free agent class, do our due diligence and find the competent guy to lead an improving squad that ain't there yet!

Do you think Washington should just punt on Dwayne Haskins? I think he's super raw but I think the talent is there. He has to mature.

All i want is for the Dolphins to address their O-Line issues once and for all

O-Line draft this year is deep as fukk, if the front office does their homework you can find starters all the way into the the third, fukk you could probably find gems on on day 3 and UDFA.

Media helping shape the narrative that Winston is just a backup.

Thought for sure he'd be a starter next year...now I'm thinking he's just getting a backup job.

You ain't ask me, but yes. He has the same issue I think Jameis has, which is he has all of the tools, but at his core he's just not a good decision maker, and that's what will always get him into trouble. I don't think it's football related either. I just think that's who they are. Jimmy G is that way too. Jameis was a Heisman QB jumping on tables screamin grab them by the p*ssy in college. Jimmy G taking pornstars out to Michelin star restaurants. Haskins is taking selfies with fans before the game is even over. The ceiling for those type of QBs is Drew Brees aka they can succeed, but they need a squad around them AND a genius level coach to account for their one giant occasional fukk up. Washington ain't that. Tua at the very least will protect the ball. I don't think he'll be all world like people are claiming, but I don't think it's possible for him to be a bust outside of injury.
