A year or two ago I would say drafting QBs in back to back years is a terrible idea. About a year ago after the draft a lot of us thought Arizona was crazy. Now, they look like they made the right decision.

If you think Haskins isn't the guy and Tua is...you take Tua. I don't see Haskins taking the next step this season, whereas I could see Tua walking in the building and winning some games and commanding respect. Not playoffs, of course.
shiiiiit. Colts will take Haskins off your hands.

I really hope Ballard makes a splash during this free agency. I want him to resign Ebron as well, but I know that's a pipe dream.

I'm a Lions fan lol. I just want Chase Young to fall to us.

Same time like I said, last season in Arizona showed what the right rookie QB can do for team. I'd be very curious to see how Haskins responds to all this.

Why don't we see Haskins taking the next step this season? We haven't seen anything.

There's no real need to place a stigma on Haskins and have him as a perennial loser when he didn't really have any notable offensive players or coaches on his side.

Haven’t you written off Minshew though? And he had some actual success as a rookie

Bears really sound like they are ending up with Dalton. Feels like such a safe, boring move. I’d rather take a chance on Jameis tbh

This is true, and a good callout. :ehh:

I'm just naturally pessimistic when I talk about the Jags :russ:

I think Jameis will play one more year in TB then next year they’ll draft a new Qb and he’ll be gone. I don’t think they want him back this year but the problem is all the FA Qb’s are stopgaps not guys you can build around for a decade.

their interest in Teddy seems odd to me. He’s like bizarro Jameis. He won’t throw a ton of picks(though he threw more then people would think in Minny) but he’s not gonna make big plays down the field either he’s basically Alex Smith.

I guess it’s like when you change coaches you want eve opposite. So if you had a disciplinarian the next coach will be a players coach
Teddy would have got that team to 9 wins at least with those weapons.

No way Teddy wouldn’t be able to fully utilize those weapons because he can’t get the ball down the field.

People are overestimating him because he went 5-0 on a loaded team in the best offensive system in the league aside from maybe KC. It’s plug and play in NO.
