That's a misdiagnosis, and there is no evidence that black kids in charter schools are doing worse, the evidence says the opposite, that black kids that go to charter schools do better

There is nothing wrong with a black school, there is something wrong when the government forces people into a specific school and there is something wrong with the public school system overall

Racially segregated schools have a real problem because they more often than not house students of lower income and there is concern that high quality resources will not be prioritized for them but for schools with higher incomes.

Yeah but charter schools in NY are doing well overall. If a charter doesn't meet the standards the charter is revoked....there's actual accountability in those schools.. They give kids who live in poor districts a better opportunity....white kids go to their public schools in their districts because the schools are better.

This is more of a result of poverty than anything else. There was that NY TImes article last week that pointed out people of color get the worst teachers and the worst schools however.
