His stance will change in light of people saying they don't feel safe and the feeling that violence is on the rise. Particularly on the subways.
If he's gotten tougher on crime then good. All this bail reform shyt is a bad idea. Especially when you keep seeing stories of someone getting badly hurt by somebody who was out on bond or multiple bonds. Save that Republican shyt.

At the time around 2020 there was a lot of people wearing balaclava's too not just regular masks. so young black men had an open lane to start wearing them without looking suspicious.
