We have a bus system and also an above-ground train system, they show up every 15-30 minutes. Cheap, easy, almost always on time and there are Express lanes so the buses can beat traffic.

Winter in NYC is romantic if you have a good coat and some nice boots. You and your lady bundle up and hit bars and lounges. They have the fireplaces burning or the heat lamps. Grab a nice drink enjoy how everyone is looking fly and go home and clap cheeks.
