NYC you see what capitalism does. Creates some haves and a lot of have nots. While we co-exist there's a lot of animosity.
Because black kids are fukked up out here.So why exactly are you going so hard?
Idk enough to disagree. Urban real estate is not my forte. They are actually probably co-ops. There are very few condos in NYC.
Wasn't a black mother who bought the million dollar home?Because black kids are fukked up out here.

No, the father was black, not the mom.Wasn't a black mother who bought the million dollar home?
You could have just explained it instead of piecemealing the story. Still doesn't explain your original post though. But it's cool. No, the father was black, not the mom.
You did all that to ask a basic ass question?
My initial post simply stated that the mother of a college friend bought a million dollar condo and/ or co-op. Nobody told you to play mf'in Columbo. I was just pointing out the absurdity of it all.You could have just explained it instead of piecemealing the story. Still doesn't explain your original post though. But it's cool.
Was Noam putting out conspiracy theories? I don't think so. Not like I have heard everything he's said either.Wasnt that putting out conspiracy theories back in the day? Its crazy bc this nikka is academically up there
He used to write articles on American military industrial complex and foreign policy implications...Was Noam putting out conspiracy theories? I don't think so. Not like I have heard everything he's said either.

The MIC is a conspiracy theory now?He used to write articles on American military industrial complex and foreign policy implications...
Same, I would much rather a condo. I was going to buy something in Riverdale and didn't because it's all co-ops. Cooperatives and their boards can spike your monthly payments on a whim, "Oh, we decided to build a new age landscape in the the back of the complex. Your maintenance fee is $500 more a month now."Whats the story on co-ops? Enternal taxes aside ii just dint feel right “buying” something i dont “own”
