So much for Operation Troy. Cole is trapped in 2017 with the virus still in effect while his future friends are fighting to bring him back. The introduction of Spearhead was interesting.

I was liking the episode until Cassie stopped him from shooting the dude :beli: Now I'm thinking I won't even continue watching, that shyt was stupid to me.

Just watched the latest episode last night. They have done a good job in building up the relationship between Cole and Ramses. I like how they are now on different viewpoints of the future, especially with Ramses finding out he has a kid.

That doctor is cold-blooded the way she took out those people at Spearhead. It was one of the best episodes the show has done so far.

didnt they develop a cure, why not take the cure and tell cole to take it back in time?

Mostly because they seem to be morons but the story reason is

the Dr chick had to lie and pretend there was no cure to get people to back her up on killing the spearhead crew, if she came out with it now so Cole could take the cure it back in time nobody would let her keep working ling enough to pull it off.

Having watched every episode I have come to this conclusion about the show.

They can't affect time at all, Cole is just going through the same motions he did that led to the future as they know it. Time always corrects itself once he catches up to where his previous actions. The black guy that he had to go back in time to find because he had been shot, only for him to be the one who shot him was my first clue but the biggest clue was in this last episode the scratch Cole put on the watch that fixed itself once time reached a point where he wouldn't see it again until the point in time where he originally found it with no scratch. The whole show seems to be leading up to them realizing they were always doomed to fail.

That's what makes it so crazy that the Dr gave up the cure to keep the time travel project going. If I'm right she doomed everyone.

They would never have given her the power source, so she had no way of going back in time without taking it against their will in some way.
If Speahead cures the plague in the future, then letting her go back in time risks changing the future is a way that might accidentally prevent them from developing the cure. So from Spearheads point of view there's no reason to allow any more time travel. But the Scientist cares more about herself and her family than "saving the world".
