Best summer movie of the year imo. beats Man Of Steel for sure.
if that is true :jawalrus: MoS had it positives but if u had seen the new star wars or the last 3rd of matrix revolutions most of the action in it would have u like :ld: been there done that

It is. But on an IMAX screen and be sure you finish that blunt 5 minutes before the movie starts. I was twisted watching this flick and I was diggin it. Especially the middle fight scenes. I fukks with vapor pens and g pens so I be smoking in the theatre. If u don't know google it :myman:

:smugbiden: u be knowin, i went in2 it with no expectations and my g-pen, my lady friend and i left the theatre after it was done like :wow:................movie was type bonkers 2 me, i enjoyed every minute of it. only flix i put in the same category this year as others have stated are MoS & Star Trek, Elysium is lookin official 2 tho.............

4 those who stayed till after the credits were there any extra scenes? :lupe:

The fight scenes are exceptional....but I wish the movie didn't stumble over so many action cliches.

5 minutes into the film I was already hoping for a prequel though :heh:

The movie was FIRE. Loved it. Yes it was better than every "Transformers" movie. I think Michael Bay is a better action director but Del Toro did a better job with the storyline and the emotions of the characters. Had Del Toro wrote "Transformers" with Bay Directing them they could of been better and don't get it twisted, I actually liked The Transformers Trilogy and it changed the game and opened the door for "Pacific Rim" to even come out. But This was just he better film. Idis completely stole the movie to the main the main character felt like a supporting character. Love the action, the monsters were on point too. I think it didn't perform well cause sadly "MANGA" though millions of people around the world read them and are fans of Japanese Anime. It's still a very limited audience when you are talking about bringing in a film. "The Matrix Trilogy" is the biggest box office success with Manga influences. But I loved the movie and I have to watch it again. This movie completely sh!tted on "Godzilla" from the 90's so badly. It was like Gundam and Godzilla it was so sick. Yes the film did follow some typical Box Office formulas but the movie was great. Again you have to be a fan of Manga to truly understand what Del toro did with this. Amazing homage.

besides the surprisingly bad editing at some points during talking scenes and the dumbass wall the movie is good.
