TLDR: After WW2 and Germany being split sought to bridge the political and social divide between German and Eastern European countries. This included accepting responsibility for WW2 and admitting and apologizing for German atrocities, also accepting territorial losses as final and indisputable. However, as most East Euro countries were puppets of the Soviets they only dealt with Russian authorities diplomatically. This reproachment and diligent political work had worked. Germany forged excellent relations at least economically. Overtime Neo-Liberalist theory was that if German freely traded with Russia this would eventually influence upon Russia a democratic society. Russia took advantage of this by using German wealth and desire for its resources to build its army with the ultimate aim of destroying European unity.

They can't manufacture shyt now. The price of energy that's needed for current manufacturing needs is way to high. That's what collapsed its manufacturing capabilities. USA blew up NORDSTREAM to force EU to pay for pricey LNG from US firms instead of Russia who supplied it for cheap allowing manufacturing needs to be met.

Their own countries, unless you're trying to argue that every former Soviet allied nation is obligated to bow to Putin. Joining Nato seemed like the only way to prevent a Russian attack if you share a border.

Russia has a pattern of bullying their neighbors, causing them to run to NATO seeking protection, which gives Russia further reason to fukk with them. Then people blame NATO, like their interference is causing tension and not Putin's attempts to forcibly reinstate the Soviet union.

I don't blame them. They were forced to deindustrialize after US blew up NORD Stream pipeline. 10s of thousands lost their jobs in the process as manufacturers fled the country. Energy costs are through the roof. All those weapons sent to Ukraine to either be blown up or end up as part of Russias arsenal. NATOs days are looking to be numbered.

This is what happens when you prioritize an allegiance to your global racial hegemony over your individual identity as a nation. All of these western countries align themselves with the US in the name of maintaining a global white hegemony meanwhile their individual countries suffer. It’s just like how white Americans vote for against their own interests because they think it will harm black people more.

This is stupid on so many levels

Russia wanted to JOIN NATO but the US refused because they believe in “cultural dominance”

NATO only existed as an adversary to the Soviet Union. Once the Soviet Union disbanded there was/is no purpose of the NATO. The US and Russia agreed to not bring back the Soviet Union and the US would not expand NATO further eastward towards Russia. They did it anyway.

The US installed zelensky in 2014 as president during the Ukrainian coup. Not to mention the weapon sales and training of Ukrainian nazi militias. Russia has been calling out the US involvement in the Ukraine for years before they finally had enough and invaded.
