It was created on open source software, the agreement is that you can’t sell or profit from what you create on those. Has nothing to do with metro or even the “original creator” as metro wasn’t trying to use it commercially. They had to have reached out to the company and gotten clearance

A.I atp is a program just like Autotune, or a “Voice Filter” it’s no “law” or “rules” for it in the music industry besides use of likeness of another artist *Example the Tupac A.I verse*
The whole “BBL Drizzy” is ultimately a computer generated artist singing a hook. The rights go exclusively to those who wrote the lyrics (which they probably reached out to the dude), the rest maybe to the producer, the website can say what they want but ain’t shyt they could do. It’s plenty of A.I generated songs on GSPs they’re just being sung by artist that aren’t real..
