Metro dropped the ball. It was never copyrighted. the original producer who created it used A.I & gave it out for free and Metro just took the same sample and flipped it then gave it out for free.

Drake sped it up a lil bit just to avoid any other possible legal action but ain’t nun they could really do tbh and now it’s officially for Sexy Redd & Drake

It was created on open source software, the agreement is that you can’t sell or profit from what you create on those. Has nothing to do with metro or even the “original creator” as metro wasn’t trying to use it commercially. They had to have reached out to the company and gotten clearance
