Got the Super Vegeta transformation for my character since it boosts all ki blasts..
I focus on ki with my female SSJ and her Final Flash is overpowered as hell now.
Get the Z Assist from Vegeta 80% of the time and I also get a boost to all his moves in my arsenal.
No ki is spent on your attacks and you can charge up to pretty much ensure you stay in that form?

Super Vegeta can be obtained in Parallel Quest 16. Here's a walkthrough.
Keep in mind that while the skill is found in the quest, whether or not Vegeta drops it is random.
It took me multiple tries before I got it. Some get it on their first try. Just depends on the luck of the draw.
Btw, I only recommend Super Vegeta if you specialize in ki.
If you're a striker, you're going to want to go after the regular SSJ transformation.
super vegeta 2 was way easier to get. I didn't even bother with super vegeta.

Ok so I'm trying to do this one when you have to beat Frieza at 100% Full Power for Gohan to escaped Namek.
Jesus Christ, I can't even get a Ultimate Attack on him because he just runs to you and starts hitting you with meteor combos and for some reason it acts a defensive mechanism to the point he becomes invulnerable to it. I try Super Saiyan transformation but that doesn't do shyt but give you unlimited Ki attacks and Ultimate as long as you have Ki. But it depletes your Ki fast as fukk
