How do you collect the dragon balls ?

Farm the ginyu force pq. It's in the 3 star rating. Sometimes a random enemy spawns right in front of u. Beat him and he has a chance to drop a dragon ball. If he doesn't appear u can just retry since it's at the start of the quest
