It works, especially in later episodes when he provides rationale for some of the shyt he does.... Should give it another chance I was crazy about the show after the first 2-3 episodes But it gets a lot better as the show goes on

I loved this show, binged it. Reminded me a little of Dexter.
For the most part yeah, maybe not quite as much because he starts interacting with more characters but still alot of monologue going on
