The piece of shyt judge talking to the kid like it's me and you having a conversation. They have no desire to differentiate between someone who is clearly mentally retarded and someone who is not. His first lawyer that Len guy is what gives attorneys a bad name because he was nothing more than a puppet for the justice system. I would have broke his fukkin face if he would have come at me with some bullshyt about a plea deal for 20 years.

It can't be said enough how tremendous Steven's lawyers are. They WON that fukking case. It was the environment that fukked them. Too many arrogant and entitled white people in small town America. I think if this case plays out in a major city and with how corrupt the police were and how well they put the defense together, Steven walks.

I gotta :salute: them, they were a couple white Johnnie Cochrans :obama:

shyt on the police all the way through :myman:

Binge watched it throughout the night.

What I don't understand is why the Manitowoc police continued to stay involved in the investigation after they publicly stated they were going to HAND THE CASE over to Calumet County due to a conflict of interest. You handed it over to them, yet you still had these corrupt motherfukkers from Manitowoc conducting searches, and conveniently finding crucial pieces of evidence. WHY???

Steven's defense lawyers were incredible. Stephen Colbert's best performance to date. Their delivery and eloquence in the court room was beautiful to watch. Imagine if Brendan would've had that team instead of that incompetent piece of shyt Len. In a series full of punchable faces, he was the guy that irked me the most because he completely neglected that 16 year old kid instead of trying to protect his innocence.

My theory is that Steven didn't commit this crime. I think the police had tunnel vision and more than that the ex-boyfriend and roommate had access to that property through the search team effort. I think the ex-boyfriend killed her and since he was well aware of the search effort to be conducted at the Avery's residence he planted the bones and the vehicle and then sent his cousin to "find" the vehicle on the property. Then the corrupt police planted evidence to make sure the charge stuck. The ex-boyfriend erased angry voicemails he left. He had her password. He probably left threatening voicemails.

That's what happened. :manny:
I wish we were given more info about the ex-boyfriend and roommate, but they were dead set on pinning the murder on Avery.

The defense even revealed that Teresa's roommate didn't report her missing until 4 days later.... wtf? And the ex-boyfriend was heavily invested in the recovery efforts to the point of suspicion.. yet he wasn't treated like a suspect or asked for an alibi.

Yes, exactly.. and the defense team (which again, they didn't miss ANYTHING) even ask him "what time of day was it when you last saw her?" and he states "I don't know" and they say give us a general ballpark morning, day, night.. and he fumbled and couldn't answer. It was the same thing with that crooked cop Lenk. They asked him what time he arrived on the property to help "search" and he stated one time but they caught him in a lie. There was a 4 1/2 hour difference and as the lawyer stated that 4.5 hour difference is significant because in November that is the difference between being broad daylight and pitch black! That is something that someone would definitely remember, was it light out or dark out. Come on, b. :comeon:

On December 20, 2015 a petition was created at petitions.whitehouse.gov titled "Investigate and pardon the Averys in Wisconsin and punish the corrupt officials who railroaded these innocent men".[13] Over 3,000 signatures had been collected in four days.[citation needed]

On December 22, 2015, The Innocence Project issued a statement, in regard to the Netflix documentary Making a Murderer, stating "a member of the Innocence Network is currently looking into some aspects of his case"[14]

Just finished this. Pretty damn crazy and it's funny reading outrage from whites about it, like blacks have just been making this shyt up all these years. That family is :scust: especially Brenden. You couldn't help but feel more for him because he was just so slow.

Not sure if Steve did it or not but I'm leaning towards no. It makes no sense to leave the Rav 4 in good condition, leave the keys in your room or have the remains on your land :martin: but hey I have seen criminals do shyt just as dumb or dumber.

Breh it took them about 20 minutes to find the car when the search party was "suggested" onto the property. God guided them:usure:

works in a place where he could have chopped that car to little pieces but instead puts leaves on it?:usure:

key wasn't found the first time and they were like :yeshrug:, when asked about that
