Ive been on crusade to make people more aware of this. Ive been just as discouraged at people that cant believe police/prosecutors are capable of this as i am in the actual content of the documentary.

I started watching this around 4pm yesterday and just finished with some breaks in b/w. I know the case is public record but I fukked myself just googling the title and seeing the verdicts, I did that after I finished the episode when they came across the tampered blood sample and I figured they were fasho getting off 
...I thought I would never see a lawyer worse than Max B's, this dude Kachinsky fukked Dassey's world up from go, my blood was boiling during that scene with the investigator he hired basically coercing another confession out of Dassey. Then when that Innocence defense group is questioning that same investigator years later during the motion and his bytch ass starts crying about a ribbon, man gtfo.

I guesssssssss I can see how the jury got to a guilty verdict for Steven. Although I think it was all planted, there was physical evidence of him being there. In Brendan's case I don't see how the jury can get to a guilty verdict with no evidence other than a confession from a mildly retarded dude.

the evidence showed she wasnt burned there and the jury reached that verdict as well...that he wasnt guilty of mutilation of the corpse. so if he didnt burn the corpse...then who burned and moved the corpse he supposedly killed? the jury is dumb as fukk and botched the case period.
There was evidence it was just circumstantial, not very good and planted/corrupted, my point was that if they had investigated other people there would likely be some circumstantial evidence against them whether they did it or not which would make Steven look even less guilty.
Crazy how they did all this with question marks surrounding every bit of "evidence", a complete lack of motive, a botched investigation full of holes, no other suspects despite the ex-boyfriends and roommate's strange ass reactions, and a very coersize testimony of a retarded child where he isn't bringing forward any info but reacting to their assumptions....
Don't get me started on the Judge's fukkery....
I pretty much watched the whole season in one day. This justice system is messed up. Man anybody can go down like that, if the police try hard enough to make you the 1 target.

I think the ex bf and roommate are guilty but that town clearly wanted to bury Steven ass....the deleted voicemails?!? Cmon that's a big red flag...the broken evidence seal, the blood vial with the needle hole!?? This shyt is all the way fukked up lol

Right!!! And then the FBI was like we don't do that EDTA (probably got that wrong) test anymore it's gonna take us hella long to get results back. All of a sudden they get results back just before closing statements. How perfect
The crooked ass judge let that slide, denied the defenses motion to exclude that from the trial. No follow-up or repercussions for secured evidence being tampered with
I actually thought Steve's lawyers were really fukking good. I think Steven would have had a better chance if somehow they were able to get the case and jury out of state. Even some of the jury members were biased as fukk from get go.
