It's price based on what? The P/E ratio is below the SP500 P/E indicating it still isn't that pricey. You need to do deeper analysis obviously but if you want to talk about a pricey stock, look at Netflix.

Disney got that covered with the NBA contract via ESPN and the own Fox so NFL Sundays are theirs just not FSN. Baseball as well.
